Hostel Hero, the new application from Playtripper, lets you book backpacker hostels and budget hotels straight from your iPod Touch or iPhone.

Unlike normal booking websites, many features of Hostel Hero work offline. Now you can download and save the most useful information to your device, and use it anywhere. Research hostels from the beach, bus, bed or boat! Save your favourites, and then when you next connect to a wi-fi point you can make a booking. And because Hostel Hero can optionally save your personal details as well, a booking can be made in seconds with just a few simple clicks!
